The performance of the sound quality and charging can greatly be affected by the cleanliness of the monitors and charger. The monitors might not charge if there is any debris or earwax blocking the connection between the metal pins and connectors. The sound quality might also be affected if there is a built up of wax within the metal grill and nozzle.
To clean the case, remove the monitors from the case. Take a small alcohol pad and gently wipe down the outside. Please wipe the inside pins within the case as well. The case cavity also has to be cleaned to ensure that the monitors fit properly. Wait for the case to completely dry before placing the monitors back into the case.
To clean the monitors, please remove the silicon/foam tips from the nozzle. Gently wipe down with an alcohol pad the entire body to remove any wax or oil buildup. If there is debris buildup within the nozzle, please use an earwax cleaner made for headphones to pull any buildup. Use a small brush to wipe away any large pieces. Once all the large pieces are removed, you may wipe down the metal grill with an alcohol pad. Please make sure there are no large pieces when wiping down as this may push the oils within the grill.
